GUILDHALL AT SMU - Guildhall at Southern Methodist University in Dallas is an intensive, university level certificate course program (actually 3 courses: game programming, game level design, and game art) designed to teach a student what they need to know enter the computer game industry.
PLANET DOOM 3 - This is the official "planet" site for the game Doom 3, which I worked on briefly while at id Software. My friend Cyric runs the site.
 
ARTISTS
CHIQ.NET - Camilla Koutsos is an up and coming "skin" artist from New Zealand. By skin, I mean painting the textures on 3D game models.
STEPHENDANIELE.COM - Stephen Daniele and I worked together at TSR. I coached him a bit to become an illustrator. Now we both work for MicroSoft on computer games ... in different parts of the country. Stephen was an environment artist on the very cool XBOX game CRIMSON SKIES 2.
TODDLOCKWOOD.COM - Todd Lockwood was the last of my artist peers from TSR who still worked for WotC/Hasbro. He's back in the world of the freelancer once again these days and has a nifty new book out called TRANSITIONS.
RANDYASPLUND.COM - Randy Asplund and I lived not too far from each other when I was freelancing. He taught me the nebula technique for space clouds that I still use.
HAUKSDOTTIR.COM - Carolly Hauksdottir and I both worked on contractors on the ill-fated Bards Tale IV project for EA -- she as cinematic artist, I as game content designer.
